Carefully place each breaded chicken breast into your preheated air fryer basket in a single layer making sure they don’t touch each other.
Spray olive oil cooking spray over the top of each breaded chicken breast before placing it into the basket.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of at least 165°F when tested with an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part of the meat (without touching any bone).
Remove from the air fryer basket and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
