Ingredients:

- Non-stick cooking spray or oil mist sprayer
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, salt and pepper.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you (like a diamond). Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, tucking it under slightly. Then fold in both sides towards the center like an envelope.
- Roll up tightly towards the remaining corner and wet it with water or egg wash to seal.
- Repeat until all filling is used up (about 8-10 egg rolls).
- Spray or mist each egg roll with non-stick cooking spray or oil mist sprayer on both sides.
- Place them in your air fryer basket in a single layer without touching each other.
- Cook for about 12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
