Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another shallow dish, and the panko bread crumbs in a third shallow dish.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each shrimp first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with panko bread crumbs.
- Lightly spray or mist the cooking oil onto each shrimp.
- Place as many shrimp as will fit without overcrowding into your air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes on one side; flip each piece of popcorn shrimp over and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
