To use the dehydrate function on the Instant Indoor Grill, follow these steps:
- Prepare the food you want to dehydrate (jerky, dried fruit, fruit chips, or veggie sticks) and place it in the cooking basket with the air frying tray.
- Insert the cooking basket into the cooking chamber and close the lid.
- Press the "Dehydrate" button on the control panel. The display will show the default time and temperature settings.
- If you want to change the cooking settings, press "Temp" or "Time" and use the Control Dial to adjust the temperature and cooking time according to your recipe. Then press "Start" to accept the new settings.
- The dehydrating process will begin, and when the Smart Program completes, the lid will beep, and the display will show "End."
- The grill will beep every minute for 10 minutes to remind you that the cooking has completed.
Remember to check your food periodically to ensure it reaches the desired level of dehydration.
